BLE - Indoor RTLS
Sample UI Interface
How it works
Small BLE tags are attached to assets. Each tag broadcasts a unique identifier at regular intervals using ultra-low power radio signals. Strategically placed BLE gateways — installed at doorways, ceilings, or key zones — continuously scan for these broadcasts, capture signal strength (RSSI) data, and forward location events to our middleware platform over Wi-Fi. We aggregate this data to determine asset location, movement history, and status in near real-time.
BLE - Outdoor GPS
Sample UI Interface
How it works
BLE tags on assets broadcast a unique identifier continuously. When any participating device — a delivery driver's phone, a visitor's tablet, or a nearby smart device — passes within range, its background app silently detects the tag's signal, timestamps it, and securely reports the sighting (with its own GPS coordinates) to our middleware platform. The tag's location is then inferred from the positions of the detecting devices. No building wiring, no gateway hardware, no per-site installation.
Our Hybrid PinPlot Solution (HPS)
Our hybrid platform seamlessly integrates BLE, GPS, LoRaWAN, and QR code tracking technologies into a single, unified solution. By combining the unique strengths of each technology, we are able to design and deliver a truly custom tracking solution for any use case — ensuring our clients always have access to the most capable and versatile technology stack available.

Best fit by use case
Vehicle/fleet tracking (GSM)
GSM - Continuous outdoor movement, real-time location essential. Not in matrix, ask us!
Indoor asset tracking
BLE — room-level presence, low cost tags, passive detection
Remote sensor monitoring
LoRaWAN — large outdoor areas, infrequent telemetry, long battery
Inventory / check-in
QR code/NFC — zero cost, staff-scanned, audit trail per interaction
Cross-site asset visibility
BLE + LoRaWAN hybrid — indoors BLE, outdoors LoRaWAN handoff
High-value mobile assets
GPS (primary) + QR fallback — real-time when powered, manual when not
Parcels in transits
GPS (BLE device) — Once peeled and fixed, it tracks for 30 days and disposed after
Large asset holding areas
QR code/NFC — Staff/contractors visiting/locating assets for maintence work
Healthcare Assets
BLE — Identify assets and personnel by floor and room
Retail customers
BLE + NFC — Tracking personal high value goods, proof of delivery
